I am forcing productivity today, although slowly. I still feel like crap, but there's really not a lot I can do about that, so time to suck it up and get stuff done.
Mostly, I'm focused on cooking stuff today. I got the eggs for burritos done last night (good girl), and then today I've done the hard boiled eggs and bread (I'm experimenting with actually baking the bread in the oven instead of the bread maker. I'm still using the bread maker to do the dough because mixing bread dough by hand is probably beyond the capabilities of my wrists and besides, I really don't have room to knead properly).
Also made experimental salad for the week, since my body has decided that lettuce is not food and I'm tired of trying to figure out a way to make it accept lettuce as food. I took red bell peppers and zucchini and chopped them up and mixed that together with some corn, then made some pearl couscous and mixed that in. I hadn't used the pearl couscous before- I think I like it better than regular couscous. So, we'll see how that goes, because I do want a vegetable option for lunch.
Once the bread comes out of the oven, I'm going to make roasted veggies with bacon and orecchiette for an early dinner and then finish up laundry, put together outfits for the week and take a shower and go to bed early. So if nothing else this week, I will have breakfast and lunch and I will have clothing.
