I'm pretty tired and up past my bedtime, but for future reference:

This morning, I rolled myself out of bed before the snooze finished around 5:20 am (I always hit snooze. I actually program the alarm for a time that will let me hit snooze, because I need some transition time between awake and asleep). This is unusual enough. I got dressed, took my meds, and went to the gym to go swimming. My swim cap ripped as I was putting it on and I just sort of shrugged and put it on anyway instead of getting upset and deciding I couldn't swim because the cap ripped (it was one edge, but by the time I was done, it was split almost all the way to the top of my head). So, I finish swimming at 6:30 so I can go home and get showered and dressed for work so I can leave for work around 7. I get to the locker room and my combination lock won't open. I have the right combination. I try it again. I try variations on the combination in case I remembered the numbers but forgot the order (it happens). I'm getting a bit irritated as I'm standing there in a swimsuit, flip-flops, and a towel and I'm getting cold. Finally, I decide that the lock is just not going to open, so I rearrange the towel so it's wrapped around me more securely and march out of the locker room, across the gym floor to the front desk to ask to borrow their bolt cutters (I knew they must have a pair; there's signs in the locker room saying locks left overnight will be removed). I marched back to the locker room, bolt cutters in hand, and cut the lock off the locker. I put my clothes on and leave.

Now, this is the sort of thing that would ordinarily completely derail me for the whole day. But by the time I got to the car, I couldn't do anything but laugh. I was frustrated at the fact that I had to ruin my lock to get it off (and I'm buying one with a key when I go to replace it, because that was ridiculous), but it was like, well, that was a very ridiculous thing that happened, but you dealt with it, so, okay.

In other words, I believe the higher dose of Wellbutrin is working.
