- cooking for the whole month was a seriously excellent idea. I need to get a couple more recipes so that I don't have four tex-mex meals and one not tex-mex meal, but definitely a good plan.
- the Intuniv is doing fine. I haven't had any dizziness issues and while I'm a little tired, it could be because I'm still probably missing calories from Sunday (I think I made up most of the deficit today- I went out to lunch and my lunch apparently had 1440 calories in it according to the menu. I hate calorie counts on menus. They make me nervous). Or because I didn't go to bed until late last night. It's not awful at this point and drowsiness almost always goes away. My blood pressure has been more in what I consider my normal range instead of in the slightly high range it's been in the past little while, so that's good, too.
- I need to arrange things over the next two nights so I can get as much downtime as possible this weekend. Next week starts a month long gauntlet of high stress work stuff.
