Better-ish

Yesterday, the headache had mostly dissipated, but breathing was not so good. It wasn't bad, it was just really uncomfortable and just Not Right enough that I needed my inhaler. Every 4 hours. Which of course makes for a difficult day- the inhaler revs me up for a little while and then the adrenaline crashes and then I'm exhausted. And also means that there was no way I was going to work today, because riding that roller coaster is not something I want to do in the office. Plus, if I'm breathing badly, I want to be at home.

It looked like it was going to keep up that way this morning, but when I woke up from a nap this afternoon, I was breathing a lot better. Still coughing, but not having the same breathing issues as before. And if I'm fairly still, the coughing is pretty minimal. I managed to clean up the kitchen some.

I am still staying home tomorrow- I'm still extremely tired and I also haven't left the house since Thursday. Leaving it for the first time for a 9.5 hour workday is probably not ideal. And I need to go to the grocery store at the very least (Mom and Dad went and picked up a couple things for me on Sunday, but I wasn't going to ask them to do all my shopping up for the week). So, I'll go to the grocery and go vote tomorrow morning (it's Election Day- go vote, USians) and then see how I'm doing. I logged into work a little this evening, but mostly just went through my email. I'm hoping to do some actual work tomorrow afternoon. I'm planning to go to work on Wednesday.

Well, I was wondering how I was going to fit the vacation I hadn't taken/scheduled yet into the next two months (it doesn't carry over). That's pretty much been answered now.
