I am on my first period since getting the IUD placed. I barely can tell. I haven't needed anything other than a pantiliner, there was like, 12 hours of very mild cramps with no back spasming, and I am not utterly, can't keep my eyes open, exhausted. Nor am I ready to cry at the drop of a hat or ravenously hungry. If this pattern holds, then this was absolutely the best idea ever.
