Dear Author (Purim Gifts)

miss_lucy21I have been coaxed into playing along for Purim Gifts. I shall do my utmost to live up to the questionable amount of responsibility involved (hey, I'm all about low pressure).
That being said, and since I'm a quiet one, I figured some notes might help someone along.
Quite honestly, I'm likely to be delighted with just about anything you come up with. I'm easy. Just don't kill off any of the main characters (unless their death is canonical), is all I ask.
But to give you some sense of what I especially like...
NCIS:LA: There is not much I don't like about this show. Gen is good. Kensi/Deeks doesn't really work for me. But yeah, I adore pretty much everyone on the show, particularly when it comes to Team. I am behind on S4, but I will probably catch up by the time stories come out, so not to worry.
NCIS: I have not seen much of S10. I go back and forth as to whether I want to. But I do still hold deep and abiding affection for these characters. Gen is good, again. Team is good. I love Ziva and Tony being friends.
Stargate Atlantis/SG-1: Again, Team is good. Team is great. Either Team. Both Teams. Whatever. However, Sam/Jack doesn't fly for me, and neither does John/Teyla on their own. Any sort of OT3/OT4 plan with either team, sure. Any other combination, go for it. But sex is not so much a thing for me, so if it's not there, I will not be disappointed. I will note that I have not seen past mid-S7 of SG-1. I know who Cam and Vala are, but not much beyond that. So sticking to earlier SG-1 may be a good thing.
Hawaii Five-0- And another round of the Team is Good chorus. I love these characters in their complicated and mixed up and insane ways. The women kick ass, here, too.
West Wing- Earlier rather than later is good. I want to be CJ when I grow up, except for the Press Secretary part of things because I'd be awful at it.
Criminal Minds- I haven't seen any of the current season, so anything prior to that would be good. Particularly if it involves Prentiss, because I adore her and I am sad she left (although I completely get it). I also love Garcia. And Reid. And Hotch. And Rossi. And yeah. You get the point. Team. Team is Good.
Numb3rs- You can do anything here and I'd be good, with the big exception of I don't do the incest thing. Megan kicks ass. I like Amita. I like Don when he's a little cocky, but particularly when he's bewildered by the craziness that his life has become because it turned out that he does love his little brother. I like Charlie at his most manic and analogy prone. Alan is great, and I love how he just makes all of Don's team family. I think Colby is way smarter than he'd like you to think and I think David is sometimes braver than his common sense can take him. If you can work math into it, that'd be super. I won't understand the math, but I like it anyhow.
Thoughtcrimes- hey, why not? I like it. And I'll note there's crossover/random mix up with other characters potential here, given that Navi Rawat plays both Freya in TC and Amita in Numb3rs and Joe Flanagan plays Brendan in TC and John Shepard in SGA.
So, that should give you something to work with. Seriously, again, unless I specifically said I don't like something, pretty much anything you do will be just fine. I will probably love it. Funny is good, silly is good, angst is good, whatever. Go forth and have fun.
