- The alarm went off at 5:40. I hit snooze twice and got up at 6.
- Did the basic stretching
- Ate breakfast (Wheaties, raisins, skim milk), checked my usual sites on the internet, etc.
- Got dressed (had already located clothes last night. That helps a lot), did my hair/makeup, took meds, brushed teeth (forgot that yesterday)
- Left the house at 6:50- drove my dad to work (his office is about 10 minutes from mine, but since our schedules don't always mesh, I don't always drive him)
- Got to Dad's building at 7:30, got to my office at 7:40
- Usual morning stuff, get computer turned on, put lunch away (also made the night before- also helpful), etc.
- Had a quick meeting at 8, then ate my yogurt (greek yogurt cup)
- Worked until 9, took a break to call on the bill I couldn't deal with yesterday (got it squared away)
- discovered I was really, really hungry today. Not sure why
- had another meeting, then ate 2 packets of oatmeal at 9:45
- back to work, had a bag of pretzels at 11:15
- ate lunch at 12:30- Lean Cuisine quesadilla, apple, sweet potato tortilla chips, chocolate bar
- Called the insurance company about my meds. For some crazy reason, one of my asthma meds is considered a maintenance medication and therefore has no co-pay on my insurance. Another asthma med is not considered a maintenance medication and therefore has a $190 copay for a 90 day supply. I take the meds for the exact same reason, so this makes no sense whatsoever.
- back to work whereupon I discover something rather stressful- actually, today was pretty stressful. I felt like a mama duck with too many ducklings.
- Ate some trail mix around 3:50.
- left work at 5:15, went to allergist office for my allergy shot. Got there at 5:35 (for reference, it's less than 5 miles down the road for my office on a road that has a 45 mph speed limit. Yes, the traffic near my office sucks in the evening).
- Got my shot around 5:50 (they're only open until 6 two days a week, so it tends to be busy when I get there). I have to wait at least 20 minutes after the shot to make sure I'm not going to have a bad reaction. Well, tonight, I wound up waiting 40 minutes because I was having some tightness in my chest (bronchial tightness) and the nurse wanted to make sure I wasn't going to flip over into a full fledged episode. I didn't, although I did need my inhaler, but I'm pretty much fine now. Left the office at 6:30
- Got home at 7. Got changed, had two small slices of cheese pizza, checked email, etc.. Will probably get up and get some more food here shortly.
- started writing this around 7:30, it's now 7:41.

Left to do tonight:
- pack lunch for tomorrow
- find clothes for tomorrow
- I really should do PT exercises, but that's unlikely to happen. The inhaler makes me dizzy and groggy and I really just want to go to sleep now.
