I just went downstairs to flip the laundry and get a drink and my mom was watching what I assume is a recent episode of Criminal Minds (new Strauss person on his first case getting on Hotch, some complicated website thing with a woman potentially being killed online?) and the first thing that came to mind in the snippets of dialogue I heard (Hotch with the new director guy, and then Morgan talking to Garcia, and then JJ making a connection about the case) was wow, we're doing a really bad job of presuming competence with our teammates, here, aren't we? New director guy I'll give a pass on, but Morgan damn well should know better than to try to tell PG how to do her job.
(also, the gore factor seems to have not decreased. I think it's leading to lazy writing, since the conclusion JJ came to was one that probably should have been obvious pretty quickly)
