miss_lucy21Filling #1 happened today. It actually went pretty well- I didn't feel a thing, because my dentist recognized that I wasn't numbing up well and gave me extra local anesthetic when she injected it. My jaw hurts like hell now, but the actual area that she was working on doesn't much hurt. I'll take some muscle relaxants when I go to bed.
I also won an award at work! Apparently, there are management awards that they kind of give out at random times and I got one! $300 in whatever gift cards I wanted to choose from a website. I got $150 from Lands End (and have already spent it- a new dress, several shirts/sweaters and a skirt- because I went to go browse this evening and discovered a 30% off everything, including sale items code, so I jumped on it), $100 from Zappos because I need some new shoes, and $50 from Amazon, which I'm going to use to buy something fun. Because I don't remember the last time I bought something just for fun. I'm trying to decide what would be fun. Books, but mostly I don't want to own more books- they're hard to move. Could get S3 of NCIS:LA.
I don't know, what would you get with $50 at Amazon?
