*Counts*...yeah, okay
Nov. 19th, 2013 08:02 pmThe helpful thing about DW is that if I post that I have a sinus infection or some such, then I can go back when I get *another* sinus infection and find out how long it's been.
For the record, in 2013 (so far), I had sinus infections in January, possibly in March (I had the crud, but apparently it went away before I went to the doctor? Maybe?), May, August, was semi-sick in September (asthma issue, but it wasn't a deal) and now November. So 4 actual diagnosed infections. And 1 diagnosed ear infection (today. Didn't realize that was going on until the CNP looked at my left ear and said, "oh, that one is *definitely* infected). That's probably about average, but I should also probably mention it at my allergist appointment in January to see if it's time for another ENT check. I know there was an ENT visit while I was living in Cleveland, but depending on *when*, it could be close to 5 years next year since that. Clearly, I needed DW at that point, because I may have posted it and then I would know.

Date: 2013-11-20 11:41 am (UTC)The funny thing is, my memory tests out very, very high. Both short term and long term. But I only ever seem to actually remember things that are not terribly useful (I'm great at trivia games!) and since I have very little time sense, I can't reliably remember things like, when was the last time you had antibiotics. Or the date of my last period (which I track elsewhere). I do generally remember what's on my calendar for the day or week, but not what time they are.
