In need of reality check
Oct. 12th, 2014 10:26 amI feel like I'm constantly starting over with things that I feel like should be routine/second nature by now. Like, eating, working out, etc. It feels like every time I get things rolling along, I get derailed and getting back on track is a herculean effort. Is this a thing that happens to "normal" people? Or am I expecting a little too much from myself, considering I have ADHD with co-morbid depression & anxiety, severe asthma, chronic sinusitis, ridiculous levels of allergies and chronic back issues?
